Nakayama Butsudans has been in business in Japan for over 76 years. Our U.S. branch opened 42 years ago and we are proud to continue the tradition of excellence. We are direct importers of fine quality merchandise from Japan.

 

Payment Policy:

Orders paid for by money order, cashier’s check, or certified check will be shipped promptly.
Orders, paid for by personal check, will be shipped promptly upon clearance of the check (approximately 5-7 business days).

We do NOT charge sales tax on any transaction in the State of Oregon.

 

Shipping Procedures:

Most orders will be shipped by FedEx or United States Postal Service with delivery service from Monday to Saturday.  Next-day and 2nd-day delivery available upon request at an additional cost.
Butsudans $1,900 or more will be sent by a trucking company.

Call or e-mail for estimated shipping charges.

 

Damaged or Short Claims Procedures:

All merchandise will be insured for delivery.  If you encounter any issues with your order, please notify us by telephone or email as soon as possible, or within three business days of receiving the order.  You must have all packaging materials.

 

Order Cancellations Procedures:

You may cancel any order by telephone or e-mail within 12 hours after the order is made.
